Job summary

Motorpoint in Derby is hiring for a Sales Support role, delivering excellent customer service over the phone and in person while handling administration and CRM tasks.

You will work 40 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with a £13 per hour base plus bonus. A full UK driving licence and strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.

The Role: Sales Support

Salary: £13 per hour basic +Bonus

Location: Derby

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required.

What will you be getting up to?

• Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
• Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
• Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
• Understanding what each customer needs are when they arrive and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month

What do we need from you?

• A full UK driving licence is essential
• Experience of delivering great customer service, this can be from any industry
• Have strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
• Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
• Be enthusiastic, proactive and have a customer-focused attitude
