Job summary

Motorpoint Ltd is seeking a Sales Support colleague in Leeds. You will deliver excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face, manage administration tasks and use our CRM to track cases, ensuring smooth handovers to the right team.

Hours are 40 per week, five days out of seven on a rota including weekends. We offer pension, healthcare, staff discounts on cars, cycle to work and extensive personal development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face.
• Manage administration tasks and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Use our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases.
• Understand customer needs and hand over to the right team member.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints.
• Work as part of a team to meet monthly customer-service targets (NPS).

The Role: Sales Support

Salary: £13 per hour basic + Bonus

Location: Leeds

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required.

What will you be getting up to?

• Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
