Motorpoint Ltd is seeking a Sales Support assistant in Castleford. This part-time, permanent role offers 24 hours across Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a starting rate of £13.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus.

You will deliver excellent customer service, manage admin tasks and use the CRM to track cases, ensuring smooth handovers to colleagues. The role requires a full UK driving licence and strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints.
• Work as part of a team to meet monthly customer service targets.
