You will process transactions and collaborate with management to hit sales targets across tills, arcade areas, and shop floor sections. The role includes participating in promotions, events, and occasionally off-site activities, while ensuring faults are reported and inventory is well managed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.
• Answer questions with product expertise and make recommendations.
• Keep the store clean, well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Process customer transactions accurately and report errors to management.
• Assist across departments including tills, arcade areas, shop floor retail, Gashapon, game promotions, etc.
• Support promotions and themed events, including off-site occasions when needed.
• Ensure all machine faults are reported to the proper team.
• Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and performance goals.
• Assist with inventory tasks: receiving, stocking and merchandise organisation.
• Identify opportunities to increase local market share and overall sales.
• Provide onboarding and training to other employees.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team environment.
