Job summary

Arvato in Corby is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. You will act as a key link between customers, internal teams and operations, ensuring service commitments are met while driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

In this role you will manage client relationships, monitor KPIs, investigate and resolve issues, coordinate with teams and produce reports.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related, logistical and operational queries.
Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.
