Job summary

Arvato, a global logistics and supply chain specialist, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Corby site. You will lead a high-performing warehouse team, ensure safety, quality and on-time performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00. The role requires people leadership, KPI delivery and collaboration with inventory, quality and customer services; comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to analyse operational data and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing KPIs and delivering against service level agreements.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (WMS/SAP experience is advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve operational KPIs.
• Ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Monitoring performance and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Managing resource planning to meet changing business demands.
• Driving a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Working collaboratively with Inventory, Quality, Customer Services and other support functions.
• Investigating operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Supporting employee engagement, performance management and colleague development.
