Job summary

Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent shopping experiences in-store and at order collection points. You will assist customers with inquiries, handle payments, and inform them about financial services where applicable.

On a fast-paced shop floor, you will build product knowledge, support in stock areas, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-energy, welcoming environment. Flexible hours and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Right to work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products; assist in the stock room when the store is quiet.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
