Job summary

Argos Limited is hiring a Customer Advisor in the United Kingdom. You will deliver excellent service at tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter, while helping customers with questions and product recommendations.

You will also collect products from stock, process refunds, and keep the stock room tidy, with a flexible, high-energy team environment across store shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: You must be above school-leaver age in your country.
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Answer customer questions and offer guidance on a wide range of products.
• Ensure stock room is neat and restocked, and assist customers on the shop floor.
