Job summary

Santander in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Edinburgh HS Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll assist customers with transactions, technology in the banking hall, and calls, while building relationships and delivering solutions.

The role offers supportive leadership and a multi-skilled environment with opportunities to grow within a customer-centric transformation.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
