DTC | A Codan Company, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure accurate loading of customer orders into the MRP system and proactive communication with internal teams and customers. The role emphasizes responsive order processing and timely quotes.

You will handle inquiries, RMAs, and updates to orders while supporting the sales pipeline and maintaining data accuracy across systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer service/administration role in supply chain/manufacturing.
• GCSE level or equivalent education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; numerate and accurate.
• Competence with ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office applications.
• European language skills desirable; flexible to last-minute changes.

Aufgaben

• Receive and load customer purchase orders into the MRP system.
• Support the sales seam with pipeline opportunities and quotations.
• Attend daily operations shipping meetings; act as the voice of the customer.
• Process Customer Return to Manufacturer Authorisations (RMAs).
• Raise accurate RMA quotes for chargeable repairs and follow up to PO receipt.
• Field customer enquiries by phone and email; provide updates on orders and returns.
