Job summary

DTC | A Codan Company in Whiteley, Hampshire is seeking a customer service/administration professional to manage orders and RMAs, load data into the MRP system, and communicate proactively with customers and sales teams.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, provide timely order updates, and support with complaints and non-conformance records, contributing to excellent customer service across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/administration role.
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Proven excellent written and communication skills.
• Good level of numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and load customer purchase orders into company MRP system
• Supporting the sales seam with pipeline opportunities and quotations
• Attend the daily operations shipping meeting and represent the voice of the customer to ensure orders meet expectations
• Process Customer requests for Return to Manufacturer Authorisations (RMA)
• Raise accurate customer RMA quotes for chargeable repairs and follow up to PO receipt
• Field customer enquiries by phone and email
• Provide updates to customers and sales team on order and return progress
• Ensure customer enquiries are followed up
• Support with receipt and resolution of customer complaints and record-keeping on non-conformance system
• Attend meetings involving customer service/order subjects
• Engage in regular courtesy calls
