Job summary

DTC | A Codan Company, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to manage practical and administrative aspects of shipments. You will prepare documentation, coordinate couriers, and liaise with freight partners to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years in a fast-paced supply chain environment, familiarity with UK customs, and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office. Training provided for licensing and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced packing, dispatch, export/import function.
• Familiarity with UK customs practices and procedures for international exports.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate imports and exports and prepare shipping documentation.
• Arrange collections and work with freight partners to keep goods moving on time.
• Generate UK and international shipping docs (invoices, notes, air waybills, ATA-Carnets).
• Support export license record keeping for export-controlled shipments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer and business requirements.
