Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead a high-energy retail team on a 30-hour contract with weekend work. You will drive outstanding customer experiences, manage shop presentation and commercial activities, and support the Shop Manager in training and team development.

Ideal candidates will bring passion for fashion, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to achieving KPIs while maintaining brand standards and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and fashion passion required.
• Ability to coach and lead a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service in line with our ACE pillars.
• Assist with stock, promotions and KPI communication to the team.
• Coach and develop the shop team to achieve targets and store standards.
• Coordinate shop operations, visuals, and floor moves to maintain high standards.
• Manage daily shop activity, including rotas, briefs and wellbeing initiatives.
