Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Customer Experience Host at our Salford showroom to greet customers, answer calls, and deliver outstanding service. You’ll manage daily admin tasks, maintain branch standards, and ensure a warm, professional first impression.

The role centers on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to support Sales and Service colleagues across the branch.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Handle a high volume of customer calls and enquiries with professionalism.
• Keep the customer areas tidy and presentable and ensure customers are well looked after.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, in person and on the phone.
• Managing a large volume of customer calls and dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Making sure the customer areas are kept tidy and presentable and that our customers are well looked after.
• Working proactively with all departments within the branch.
