Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Customer Experience Host at our Motorstore in Motherwell. You’ll greet customers, handle enquiries both face-to-face and on the phone, and perform daily admin duties while maintaining branch standards with a friendly attitude.

In this role you’ll deliver outstanding service, work with colleagues across departments, and help keep the showroom welcoming and well-organised. Part-time hours apply, with ongoing opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly telephone manner.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Manage a large volume of calls and enquiries.
• Keep customer areas tidy and presentable and ensure customers are well looked after.
• Collaborate with all departments within the branch.
• Go the extra mile for all customers.
