Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Stirling is seeking a Receptionist to join our Volkswagen branch as a Customer Experience Host. You’ll warmly greet customers in the showroom and assist them on the phone with a professional, friendly approach.

You’ll deliver excellent service while handling daily admin tasks, maintaining branch standards with enthusiasm and a smile, and ensuring customers are well looked after at all times.

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Handle a high volume of calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Keep customer areas tidy and presentable and ensure customers are well looked after.
• Collaborate with all branch departments to support the customer experience.
• Go the extra mile for all customers.
