Job summary

Arnold Clark in Chertsey is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Host (Receptionist) to welcome customers, answer calls and support daily admin while upholding branch standards.

You'll be the first point of contact, delivering friendly service with a smile, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth showroom experience. Part-time hours are 5pm–8pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service focus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
• Interest in delivering high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Managing a large volume of customer calls and enquiries.
• Maintaining tidy and presentable customer areas.
• Collaborating with all departments within the branch.
• Going the extra mile for customers.
