Job summary

Tenpin Castleton is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to welcome guests, manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, serve food and drinks, and keep the centre clean and welcoming.

You will work across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Room experiences and karaoke rooms—staying proactive, friendly, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.
• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events, serving food and drinks.
• Keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly across departments such as Laser Arena and Escape Room experiences.
• Be efficient, proactive, friendly and confident in customer interactions.
