Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a warm, efficient experience at reception, answer enquiries, and support events across venues such as Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms.

You’ll need confidence, energy and a positive attitude, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Age 16+ and full-time opportunities may apply; training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy venue.
• Reliable, energetic, and adaptable to changing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, efficient reception and bookings experience.
• Answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
• Host events and support Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming centre and assist in daily operations.
