Job summary

Tenpin in Birmingham is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a memorable guest experience across our entertainment centres. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, spot sales opportunities, host events, keep the venue clean, and prepare food and drinks.

Every day brings variety as you help run Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and the bar. We value a proactive, friendly, and confident approach with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
