Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to provide an excellent guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and help run various experiences across our entertainment centre.

Ideal candidates are energetic, friendly and confident in customer interactions, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Join a fun environment where every day brings something new.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to karaoke rooms and children's parties.
• Maintain excellent customer interactions and priority service.
