Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom (Wales) to deliver an exceptional guest experience across reception, events and food and beverage operations. You’ll engage with guests, handle bookings, and help run activities while maintaining a clean, welcoming centre.

We value energy, confidence and a positive attitude; training is provided. Roles require flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and are open to those aged 16+ in a licensed premises setting.
