Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a Customer Consultant to support customers throughout their repair journey and help keep site operations running smoothly. The role combines customer service, coordination and the collection/delivery of customer vehicles, requiring good judgement, organisation and a professional approach.

You’ll balance customer care with hands-on, site-based responsibilities, contributing to a reliable, empathetic customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Full UK driving licence with confidence driving customer vehicles.
• Clear and professional communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone.
• A calm and organised approach, even when managing multiple tasks.
• Pride in representing the business when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
