Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a Customer Consultant to support customers through their repair journey and keep daily site operations running smoothly. The role blends customer service, coordination and safe collection/delivery of customer vehicles in a hands-on, site-based environment.

You will balance customer care with practical responsibilities, working with technicians and production teams to ensure an efficient, friendly experience for every customer.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or front-facing roles.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive customer vehicles.
• Excellent face-to-face and phone communication skills.
• Organised and calm with the ability to multitask.
• Proudly represent the business with a team-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
• Respond to queries calmly and professionally with clear, timely answers.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and transport activities.
• Support site operations, parts coordination and basic admin.
• Collaborate with technicians and site leaders to maintain a professional site.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised environment.
