Solus Accident Repair Centres Company is seeking a Customer Consultant to support customers through their repair journey and keep site operations running smoothly. The role is hands-on, requiring strong organisation, empathy and clear communication on a daily basis.

You will balance customer care with practical responsibilities, including vehicle collection and delivery, parts coordination and admin support, working closely with technicians and site leaders.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Clear and professional communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone.
• A full UK driving licence with confidence driving customer vehicles.
• A calm and organised approach, even when managing multiple tasks.
• Pride in representing the business when interacting with customers.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
