Oxford Innovation Ltd. is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant for our Vulcan Works Northampton centre. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for visitors, manage reception, bookings and daily communications to help our entrepreneurial community thrive.

You’ll support events, social media updates, maintain shared spaces, and assist the Centre Manager. We value a proactive, people-oriented approach and offer flexible benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, people-focused, proactive.
• Strong IT skills and quick learner of new systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or social media.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism; manage reception duties.
• Handle calls, emails, post and meeting room bookings.
• Support events and community engagement activities.
• Provide daily social media and marketing updates.
• Maintain supplies, equipment and shared spaces to keep the centre running smoothly.
• Set up and replenish meeting rooms.
• Assist with courier bookings and local recommendations.
• Provide backup support to Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.
