Job summary

JD Sports in Belfast is seeking a motivated Store Colleague to deliver standout customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers with energy, help them find products they love, and keep displays fresh and on-brand to support sales and brand standards.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, handling till duties, stock replenishment, and store maintenance while upholding safety guidelines and quality service.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic approach suited to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers and working in a team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks and grow your skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Use in-store devices to check stock, share options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished with fresh displays.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following safety guidelines.
