Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor, greet customers with confidence, replenish stock, and maintain presentation to the high standards we are known for.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment, developing new skills and helping run day-to-day store operations while following company policies and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming customer experience and provide product information.
• Identify customer needs, promote products, and drive sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep shop floor presentation clean, organized, and on-brand.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed correctly.
• Handle transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and deliveries.
• Use in-store systems to assist customers and run daily operations.
• Follow company policies and health and safety rules.
• Collaborate with colleagues to run the store smoothly.
• Support additional duties as required.
