Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers confidently, maintain displays, replenish stock, and support daily store operations.

With a positive attitude and strong teamwork, you will contribute to meeting sales objectives and upholding the high standards the brand is known for while following company policies and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and keep displays looking sharp.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries using in-store systems.
