Job summary

Argos is hiring a Customer Advisor to help shoppers across tills, online orders and in-store collection. You’ll deliver friendly service, answer questions and guide customers through our range of products and services.

Roles include weekdays and weekends on flexible shifts, 8- or 10-hour contracts with comprehensive training and opportunities to learn more about our range and promotions while working in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products - supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
