Job summary

Argos in the UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver the best possible experience for customers visiting our stores to shop or collect online orders.

You will assist on tills, on the shop floor, and at the collection counter, helping customers with questions and offering recommendations while processing payments and refunds. Flexible part-time shifts including weekends are available, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be above school-leaver age in the UK.
• Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the till, on shop floor, and at the collection counter.
• Collect products, take payments, and explain financial service offerings; process refunds.
• Assist customers with products and provide recommendations; support in stock room when busy.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
