Argos in Dumbarton is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time fixed-term role at 12 hours per week. The contract ends 01 February 2027.

You’ll help customers on tills and the collection counter, assist with stock, explain services and provide product recommendations. Flexible shifts include early and late, weekdays and weekends to cover peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, shopfloor and collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial services and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor to assist customers and stockroom when busy.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
