Job summary

Argos in Oxford is hiring a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service to customers visiting the store or collecting online orders. You will help shoppers, handle transactions, and advise on products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and willingness to help customers, with a genuine enthusiasm to deliver great experiences.
• Comfortable discussing financial services with customers and explaining options clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment and support team needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on screens, in-store and at collection counters.
• Assist customers by collecting products, handling payments, and processing refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor, answer questions, and offer product advice across a wide range of items.
