Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent customer service across tills, website screens, and the collection counter. You will help customers, process payments, and explain financial services while supporting stock and the shop floor with product knowledge and recommendations.

Part-time positions with flexible hours across weekdays and weekends; inclusive, supportive team environment and ongoing training are offered to help you grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum school-leaver age as per UK rules.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Part-time across weekdays and weekends with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, screens and collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial services, process refunds.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and in stock room when needed.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
