Job summary

Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver the best possible shopping experience in our store, help customers on tills, screen displays, and at the collection point.

You’ll assist customers with product questions, take payments, explain services, handle refunds, and share promotions while staying helpful and welcoming.

This is a part-time role with flexible weekday and weekend hours. Right to work in the UK and eligibility checks apply; training and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: must be above school-leaver age and have right to work in the UK.
• Part-time roles across varying shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on shop floor, and collection point.
• Collect products, take payments, explain financial services, and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor, help customers with questions, and assist in stock room when needed.
• Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
