Argos, part of Sainsbury's Group, is seeking a Customer Advisor to help customers in our UK stores with shopping and online order collections. You will deliver a friendly, efficient service across tills, collection points and on the shop floor.

You'll assist with product questions, process payments and refunds, and build knowledge of our range to offer helpful recommendations. This role is typically part-time with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service on tills and collection counter.
• Assist customers in-store, process payments and refunds.
• Be on the shop floor helping customers and stock room when needed.
• Build product knowledge to offer recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Collect products from stock, take payments, and explain financial services where applicable; process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and stock room duties when quiet.
• Develop knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
