Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent service at the till, on website screens, on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial service offerings where applicable and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor assisting customers and answering questions, provide product recommendations and support in the stock room when needed.
• Build strong knowledge of products, services and promotions to help customers make informed choices.
