Job summary

Argos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Advisor to provide outstanding service to customers visiting our stores for shopping or online order collection. You will handle till transactions, assist with online orders and refunds, and support on the shop floor with product knowledge and promotions.

The role requires a friendly, energetic demeanor and comfort with handling payments and discussing financial services when relevant.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Part-time availability across weekdays and weekends.
• Friendly and welcoming attitude toward customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to flexible store hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, shopfloor and collection counters.
• Assist customers with product questions, stock availability and refunds where applicable.
• Assist on the shop floor and in the stock room, as needed.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
