Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic IT literacy is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential for customer interactions.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspirational customer service at all stages of the journey.
• Use product knowledge and training to drive sales and profits.
• Put the customer first and resolve queries they have.
• Work flexibly across the shop, including till support and stock replenishment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Assist with stock counts to protect profits.
