Tenpin Ltd (Ten Entertainment Ltd) in Lancashire is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean and welcoming.

You will work across departments—from Laser Arena and Escape Rooms to karaoke and parties—with flexibility to cover evenings and weekends; a confident, friendly attitude is valued and training is provided.
