Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever customers need you, including filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to perform tasks and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, keeping shelves tidy and well-presented, and moving heavy loads to store locations.
• Building knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently recommend to customers.
