Argos in the United Kingdom seeks a friendly Customer Advisor to help customers on tills, at collection points and on the shop floor. You will assist with stock, take payments and explain financial services where applicable, while answering questions and offering product recommendations.

The role is part-time and involves flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, with training provided to build product knowledge and customer service excellence.

• Must be above the school-leaver age in the UK
• Right to Work in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends

Mansioni

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from stock for customers, take payments, explain financial service offerings and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers and provide product advice, supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build strong knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide confident recommendations
