Job summary

Wyre Forest District Council is seeking a committed Customer Service Advisor to put customers first and maintain high standards under pressure. You will work in a team, handle enquiries in person and by phone, and use IT systems to deliver accurate, timely responses.

Ideally you will have GCSEs in Maths and English, proven customer service experience, and the ability to work on your own initiative. The role is office-based for at least six months with a potential hybrid arrangement and DBS

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English.
• Experience in customer services environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries in person and by phone.
• Work on own initiative and produce high-quality work under pressure.
• Be flexible to rota and provide cover for the customer service centre.
• Office-based for at least six months with potential hybrid work.
