Job summary

Santander is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for Fraserburgh. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling in-branch and telephony interactions, resolving queries and supporting transactions.

You’ll build relationships, learn products, and find ongoing improvements to customer service. The role offers 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, with a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.
