Job summary

Santander Ballymena Branch is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to deliver friendly, proactive service in a 35-hour-per-week role. You’ll handle in-branch and phone interactions, support transactions, and help customers with services while growing product knowledge.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, working on a flexible rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on customer protection and fraud awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
