Job summary

Santander UK in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the Retail Banking team at Glasgow AS Branch. The role involves assisting customers with cash transactions, guiding them with technology in the banking hall, and handling calls from our contact centre.

Working 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, you will build relationships, resolve queries, and learn about our services and products.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.

• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
