Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Glasgow AS Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis 8am–6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch and offer support via phone, while staying compliant and customer-focused.

You’ll join a close-knit team with a multi-skilled role, diverse daily tasks, and opportunities to grow within the branch network and broader Santander UK.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or telephony background.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.
• A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
