Santander in Newry is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the branch team. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology, and support customers by phone when needed.

The role requires a flexible, multi-skilled approach across 8am–6pm on a rotating basis, Monday to Saturday. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with strong support from the team, focusing on delivering excellent service and proactive problem solving to protect customers from fraud and enhance
