Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Newry Branch, 35 hours per week, on a rota basis Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling cash, assisting with technology in-branch, and safeguarding customers from fraud, all within a supportive, multi-skilled team.

You will develop knowledge of services and products to help customers, build relationships, and identify improvements to the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or by phone (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively to understand customer needs (Required).
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
