Halfords Group PLC in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, manage bookings in-house, and address technical concerns. This full-time role sits in our Autocentres team and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be the face of Halfords Garage Services, delivering excellent service and supporting customers from booking through service delivery, with opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle job bookings in our in-house system.
• Discuss any technical concerns with customers.
• Assist with vehicle collection and delivery as needed.
